NYPD said a 16-year-old victim was fatally shot on Marcus Garvey Avenue near Willoughby Avenue on June 19th at 5:45pm.

The victim was rushed to Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn with a gunshot wound to the head, where he was pronounced deceased.
