17-year-old Dominick Allen fatally shot in East Harlem

Police were called to a shooting at East 105th Street near First Avenue around 5:15 p.m on January 30th.

The victim had been taken to Harlem Hospital prior to police arrival. Dominick Allen, 17, was pronounced deceased at the hospital.

No arrests have been made.
