NYPD were caleed to the area of Matilda and Nereid Avenues on March 25th at approximately 6:45pm for the report of a shooting.

On arrival police and paramedics located a 19-year-old male who had been shot several times in the torso. He was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

The suspect was described as masked person and wearing all black. No arrests have been made at this time.
