Police responded to a shooting at 29 Ryerson St on July 30th where they located Enny DeJesus Urbina Mendez, 21, and Francisco Fuentes Rangel, 59,  suffering from injuries.

Enny DeJesus Urbina Mendez was rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. Francisco Fuentes Rangel, 59, was taken to Brooklyn Methodist Hospital where he died a few days later.

Jorge Benitez Villa, 26, faces two counts of murder in the second degree.
