NYPD were called to a shooting that occurred around 6:02 p.m., on Jan 28th, near 415 Lefferts Ave. in the Wingate neighborhood.

Responding officers found the 21-year-old male victim with multiple gunshot wounds to his back. He was rushed to Kings County Hospital in critical condition but later died from his injuries.

Police have not yet released his identity as they await family notification.
