The NYC 2023 Homicide Victim List is available here

Police were called to a shooting outside 991 Carroll St on September 18th at approximately 7:30pm.

On arrival investigators located a 21-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to NYC Health+Hospitals/Kings County, where he was pronounced deceased.

No arrests have been made, and there is no suspect information.
