The NYC 2022 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD conducted a wellness check at an apartment located at 315 Linden Street on September 21st after a 22 year old woman had not been seen for a week.

On arrival police located two suitcases containing human remains. According to reports the building security went to check on a foul odor and was turned away by two men. The men then fled the building and the security returned to the unit. NYPD Chief of Detectives James Essig said “Security has keys to get in her place, they have master keys and they walk in and they see blood all over the place and they pull back out.”

The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.
