NYPD were called to a shooting at 8906 Ditmas Ave on March 16th at about 4:28 a.m.

Police arrived to find a 23-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to his head. He was rushed to Brookdale University Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
