NYPD 911 responded to a call for two aided individuals inside of 109-64 14rd St. in South Jamaica at approximately 2:45 p.m. on March 22nd.

On arrival, police located 35-year-old Kenisa Mirrison and 38-year-old Joseph Murphy unresponsive, and suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were pronounced at the scene. Police said the deceased were a couple and resided at the address where they were found.

A firearm was recovered near Murphy’s body. Police are investigating the deaths as a possible murder-suicide.
