NYPD responded to a shooting in the area of W. 140th St. near Frederick Douglass Blvd. about 9:55 p.m on June 19th.
On arrival police located a 38-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. He was rushed to Harlem Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
