NYPD said a 42-year-old man was fatally shot in the back, and four others were injured in a shooting on the Coney Island Boardwalk and West 28th Street, at 11:57pm on August 27th.

Police said the other four victims, two men and two women are in stable condition at Langone Hospital.

No arrests have been made at this time.
