NYPD were called to a shooting outside Shangrong Spa, on 41st Ave. near College Pont Blvd. in Flushing on January 10th at approximately 10:50pm.

The 44-year-old male victim was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries.

It is alleged that the victim and another man were involved in an altercation that led to the victim being shot in the neck.

No arrets have been made.
