NYPD were called to the report of a shooting at 2949 Frederick Douglass Blvd., on May 20th at approximately 11:50pm.

Police arrived to find an injured and unresponsive 46-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds to the torso and leg. He was rushed to Harlem Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

No arrests have been made at this time.
