NYPD responded to an altercation at the corner of Schenectady Avenue and East New York Avenue in Crown Heights on June 8th at approximately 11:25am.

On arrival police located a 56-year-old Jamie Yun, who had been struck in the face and fell to the ground. He was taken to Kings County Hospital Center where he died of his injuries on June 16th.

According to reports Yun Was driving slowly, and when Alexander honked at him the altercation began.

His death has been deemed a homicide by the Medical Examiner’s Office and  31-year-old Dexter Alexander was arrested by the police and charged with assault.
