The NYC 2023 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD were called to an apartment near the intersection of Willmohr Street and East 92nd Street on October 25th at approximately 1:20pm.

On arrival police located a 49-year-old female victim with multiple stab wounds, and 60-year-old James Quigley was found in the bedroom unconscious and unresponsive with multiple stab wounds. The woman was rushed to Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, where she has been listed in stable condition. Quigley was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Sylvester Harris, 71, was arrested on November 3rd, and charged with murder, attempted murder, felony assault, assault with intent to cause injury and criminal possession of a weapon.
