The NYC 2023 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD responded to a shooting outside 512 138 Street on Sept 14th at 12:37 p.m.

On arrival police located a 34-year-old female who had been shot in the arm, and a 71-year-old Enriqueta Rivera suffering from a gunshot wound to her back. The victims were rushed to Lincoln Hospital where the older woman died of her injuries.

Joshua Evans, 21, was charged with murder and attempted murder. According to reports Evans allegedly opened fire at a member of a rival gang, when he struck the two women.
