 NYPS were called to a shooting at Tompkins Square Park on July 12th at 9:49 a.m. 

On arrival police located a 74-year-old man who was shot in the back, and a 44-year-old man hit multiple times in the torso. Both men were rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where the 74-year-old man died of his injuries.

As a result of the investigation police are searching for a suspect who is described as man wearing a black jacket, a black hat, a white mask, white gloves, blue jeans and sneakers, who fled the park on foot.
