NYPD responded to a 911 report of a shooting at 445 Pulaski St., between Stuyvesant Avenue and Malcolm X Boulevard on June 16th at approximately 1:00pm.

Police arrived at the second floor apartment to find a deceased woman who had been shot several times, and a 53-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the back. he was taken to Kings County Hospital in critical condition.

NYPD has recovered the murder weapon and has taken a person of interest into custody.
