Update Lenue Moore, charged – A woman, man, and her dog were fatally shot in Upper Manhattan

NYPD said a 57-year-old woman and 42-year-old man were walking their dog outside Highbridge Park on September 29th at approximately 6:30pm when they were gunned down.

The female victim suffered gunshot injuries to her head, and the ban was shot in the face and shoulder according to reports. Their pitbull was also fatally shot. The victims were rushed to Harlem Hospital, where they were pronounced deceased. The victims have been identified as Jackie Billini, 57, and Levaughn Harvin, 42, and their dog Zeus.

Update On October 26th NYPD arrested Lenue Moore, 31, and charged him with charged with one count of first degree murder, two counts second degree murder, criminal possession of a loaded firearm and aggravated cruelty to an animal.

According to AMNY, Moore, lived across the hall from Billini, and in April, he allegedly broke into her home and attacked her with a hammer over a noise complaint stemming from her pets. At that time he was given a restraining order.
