NYPD responded to responded to a 911 call of an injured, unresponsive male at 765 East 175th Street on April 1st at approximately 3:24 p.m.

On arrival police located 52-year-old Andre Harry in the elevator room of an apartment, suffering from a stab wound to the neck. He was pronounced at the scene. Police said Harry was not a resident of the building where he was located.

Police arrested 34-year-old Ricardo Nieves he has been charged with murder.
