The NYC 2022 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD responded to a 911 call regarding a possible assault at 361 East 45th St on July 23rd at approximately 7:23pm.

On arrival police located 77-year-old Elenora Bernard suffering from swelling and bruises all over her body. She was rushed to New York Downstate Medical Center, where she was pronounced deceased.

Andre Hooper, 51, Bernard’s neighbor was arrested on July 25 and charged with murder. NYPD have not provided the motive behind the incident.
