NYPD responded to the report of a report of an injured man at an apartment in Mariners Harbor on august 27th.

On arrival, police located the body 63-year-old Anthony Williams in a state of decomposition, with puncture wounds. Police said he had been dead for some time before being discovered.

Police said his death in being investigated as a homicide and no arrests have been made. Anyone with information regarding the murder can call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
