NYPD responded to a 911 report of an assault in progress in front of 14 East 125th Street on November 4th.

police said 45-year-old Arthur Cooke of Manhattan was driving his vehicle east on East 125th Street when his vehicle was surrounded by 30 dirt bikes and ATVs. according to AMNY one of the drivers stuck Cooke’s passenger side mirror. When cooked got out to inspect the damages he was assaulted.

The victim was taken to NYC Health & Hospitals/Harlem, where he ultimately died of his injuries on Nov. 18. No arrests have been made at this time.
