The 2024 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD were called to the report of a shooting on Lexington Avenue and East 128th Street in East Harlem on March 24th at 7:27 p.m.

On arrival police located 25-year-old Harry Mendoza and 18-year-old Ashley Ballard both suffering gunshot wounds to their heads. They were rushed to Harlem Hospital where they both died of their injuries.
