NYPD said Rosalie Sutera, 82, was found dead in her home on January 17th.

Paramedics found no obvious signs of trauma, however, the city Medical Examiner deemed her death a homicide. The cause of death has not been released.

As a result, Carl Sutera, 59, was arrested and charged with murder on January 23rd.
