The 2024 Homicide Victim List is available here

Police were called to the report of a shooting outside of 265 East 176th St on August 25th at approximately 2:50pm.

On arrival police located Carlos Rivera, 23, suffering from gunshot wounds to his chest. Rivera was rushed to Barnabas Hospital where he died of his injuries.

Police are searching for a suspect who fled in a van. Police have described him as male, wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants, and red and black sneakers.
