 NYPD responded to a 911 report of shots fired inside a home on Pineville Lane at approximately 9:15 p.m. on May 27th.

On arrival police located Chevaughn Millings, 25, and an unnamed woman suffering from gunshot injuries. Both victims were rushed to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where Millings was pronounced deceased.

According to reports Millings and his uncle were involved in a verbal dispute when the uncle opened fire on his niece and nephew. Police said the suspect fled the scene in a white Mercedes SUV. Investigators have not released his identity.

No arrests have been made.
