The NYC 2022 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD were called to a shooting home in Crown Heights home around 9:50 p.m. October 12th.

Police arrived to find Christopher Jenkins, 28, suffering from two gunshot wounds to the head. Police said the victim was able to tell them that his mother shot him upon their arrival.

Jenkins was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries on October 24th.

Vanessa Jenkins has been arrested and originally charged with attempted murder, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm.
