Courtney Gordon fatally shot by police after killing 4 family members and stabbing two cops in Queens

NYPD responded to a 911 call from a 16-year-old relative, stating that their cousin was stabbing relatives at 467 Beach 22 St on December 4th early in the morning.

On arrival police located Courtney Gordon, carrying luggage down the driveway. There was an altercation with officers in which Gordon stabbed one officer in the neck, and chest area, and stabbed the second officer in the head.

A third officer shot at Gordon and killed him.

According to reports, the accused, 38-year-old Courtney Gordon, had been staying at the home but was asked to leave, triggering the attack. according to Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny Gordon also lit the couch on fire as he was leaving.

The victims have been identified as 11-year-old Mikayla James deceased outside of the entranceway, 12-year-old Rojaun Davis, 44-year-old Suzette Taylor-Davis, and 34-year-old Rickmon Davis fatally stabbed inside the bedrooms. A 61-year-old woman, also stabbed and remains in hospital.

The murder weapon a steak knife, was recovered at the scene.
