Police said the body of 3-month-old Genevieve was located on May 28th, in a wooded area along the Major Deegan Expressway.

According to reports Damion Comager, 23, confessed to the baby’s grandfather that he shook her because she wouldn’t stop crying on May 14th. Comager allegedly panicked when he realized the baby had died, placed Genevieve in a bag, and dumped her body. He has been charged with murder, manslaughter, and concealment of a human corpse.

Ivana Paolozzi is also being charged with concealment of a human corpse and obstructing governmental administration, authorities said.
