NYPD were called to a home home on 109th Avenue and 114th Street on June 5th on the report of an altercation.

On arrival police and paramedics located 70-year-old Peter Cavak suffering from multiple stab wounds. He was pronounced at the scene.

According to reports the daughter of Cavak Anna Cavak, 30, had called her mother who was upstairs in the home to say her father was going to hurt her.

Police located Anna who initially fled the scene and placed her under arrest. Investigators have not said what charges she may be facing. According to reports she told police told officers that her father was allegedly in a cult, and had sexually assaulted her.
