NYPD were called to a shooting at an apartment on Drew St. on May 27th at approximately 9:30pm at a 9-year-old’s 9th birthday party.

on arrival police and paramedics located Delvin Diaz suffering from gunshot injuries. He was rushed to Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, where he died of his injuries.

According to reports, an argument erupted resulting in the shooting of Diaz. Police said a 31-year-old woman was grazed in the head during the shooting.

Geoliver Tineo turned himself in and was charged with murder, attempted murder and criminal possession of a loaded firearm.
