The NYC 2023 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD were called to a shooting at an apartment building at 281 East 161st Street on July 14th at at about 3:50 p.m.

Police arrived to find Denzel Plummer, 28, outside of the apartment suffering from a gunshot wound. He was rushed to Lincoln Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. Police said Plummer lived across the street from the crime scene.
