NYC 2022 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD responded to a 911 call of a domestic disturbance at 246 Echo Place at approximately 7:20pm on November 26th.

On arrival police located two children, 3-year-old DeShawn Fleming and 11-month-old Octavius Canada, in the bathtub of the family’s apartment. According to reports, the boys were located under some clothes with their necks and torsos slashed, in the tub.

The boy’s mother Dimone Fleming, 22, was taken into police custody and taken to St. Barnabas Hospital for psychiatric examination.
