Diego Figueroa-Hepner, held without bail in connection to the fatal Manhattan stabbing of Johnny Medina

NYPD were called to a report of a stabbing at the 175th Street station on the A line at about 5:55 p.m. on June 21.

On arrival, police located Johnny Medina, with multiple stab wounds to his torso. Medina was rushed to Harlem Hospital, where he died of his injuries.

Diego Figueroa-Hepner, 24, of West 172nd Street faces charges of murder and criminal possession of a weapon.  Figueroa-Hepner has been held in custody without bail.
