The NYC 2023 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD were called to a shooting in the area of 491 E. 45 Street on March 11th, at approximately 1:45 p.m.

On arrival police located 39-year-old Emmanuel Soray unresponsive, suffering from a gunshot wound to his face. police also located a 27-year-old woman suffuring from a bullet wound to the torso, and a 40-year-old man who sustained a gunshot wound to his leg. The three victims were rushed to hospital where Soray died of his injuries.

Police later learned of a 4th victim, a 33-year-old woman who suffered gunshot wounds to the arm and buttocks.
