Police said a Chrysler 300 crashed into a large oil tanker truck parked near the intersection of Bryant and Viele Avenues at around 3:28 a.m on January 21st.

Sabrina Villagomez, 15, who was sitting in the backseat and Giovante Roberson, 21, who was the passenger were rushed to hospital where they died of their injuries. A 17-year-old girl who was also in the backseat was hospitalized in critical condition.

The driver Enrique Lopez, 23, was charged with manslaughter. He also faces charges for criminally negligent homicide, assault, criminal possession of stolen property, endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief.
