The NYC 2022 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD were called to the report of a shooting at Miguel’s West Indian Restaurant on October 27th at approximately 8:50am. Security footage shows two men entering the restaurant when the man in the lighter shirt appeared to into the doorway of the restaurant before they fled the scene in a black SUV.

Two men were located suffering from gunshot injuries. Eyon Johnson, 46, was taken to Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, where he died of his injuries, and the second victim a 45-year-old man was listed in critical condition at the Kings County Hospital Center.

No arrests have been made at this time.
