NYPD said 39-year-old Gloria Ortiz was shot in the head, and two men injured during a drive-by at approximately 4:10 p.m. on E. 137th St. by Bruckner Blvd. in Mott Haven on February 7th.

The men were taken to hospital for treatment and Ortiz was pronounced at the scene.

The suspect who was in a white BMW began shooting at a group of people infront of a garage. As the vehicle drove away one man pulled out a gun and shot back. Investigators are trying to determine whether all the victims were intended targets or innocent bystanders.

No arrests have been made at this time.
