NYPD responded to 45 Hawthorne St. at around 12 p.m. on March 16th on the report of a stabbing.

Police arrived to find Guersy Jacques, 24, unconscious and suffering from a stab wound to the neck. He was rushed to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County where he was pronounced deceased.

Police took a person of interest into custody, however, no charges have been reported at this time.
