The NYC 2023 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD were called to Bayard Street near the entrance of Columbus Park at around 3:30 a.m. on August 13th.

Police said the victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The victim’s identity has not been released.

Police arrested 49-year-old Huang Yu Feng who was known to police and allegedly has a rap sheet dating back 20 years. Feng has been charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
