Jayson Dargan arrested in relation to the murder of his brother Timothy Dargan in the Bronx

NYPD responded to a 911 report from building Security of an aided male, located at 775 Concourse Village on November 2nd at approximately 2:49pm.

On arrival police located 44-year-old Timothy Dargan, unconscious and unresponsive inside a black plastic bag. Police said victim had head trauma.

Jayson Dargan, 41, the victim’s brother was arrested and charged with:

  • murder;
  • manslaughter
  • criminal possession of a weapon.
