NYPD were called to a stabbing at Bodywork Spa in Flushing at about 5:41 p.m. on September 3rd.
police arrived to find 26-year-old Jui Mei Tang suffering from stabbing injuries to her neck, chest and arm. She was rushed to NewYork-Presbyterian Queens Hospital where she died of her injuries.
According to reports the victim’s husband Jiahai Ma, 25, entered the spa and got into an argument with Tang before stabbing her in front of customers and her co-workers.
Jiahai Ma, 25, was charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon by a grand jury indictment.
