NYPD were called to an apartment building located at 2010 Bruckner Blvd on July 21st at approximately 4:13pm.

On arrival police located 52-year-old Jose Bae, suffering from gunshot injuries. Bae was rushed to Jacobi Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
