The NYC 2022 Homicide Victim List is available here

Police were called to the report of a shooting at the corner of East Burnside Avenue and the Grand Concourse on August 27th at 3:50am.

On arrival police located Joshua Thomas, 22, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head, a 22-year-old male who was shot in the torso and a 25-year-old man was shot in the leg. The three were rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital, where Thomas was pronounced deceased.

Police said a 22-year-old was taken into custody and the investigation is ongoing.
