Police were called to the area of 164th Street near 108th Street around 10:30 p.m on August 20th.

On arrival police located 55-yearold Juanita Dallas suffering from injuries to her head. She was rushed to North Shore University Hospital, where she died of her injuries.

Accordint to The New York Post, her nephew Alexander Fleming, 29, beat her with a broomstick. Flemming was arrested and charged with murder-depraved indifference, assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon and criminal possession of a weapon.
