Kenwood Allen, 33, was arrested by NYPD at his Bronx home on December 22nd and charged in the deaths of Ardijan Berisha, 26, on July 30, and Nurbu Sherpa, 29, on March 18.

According to reports Allen was a member of a gang that targeted people leaving Manhattan bars and clubs, who drugged victims with fentanyl and robbed them.

According to the NY Daily News “The pair were among seven men who died over the past 14 months in cases involving overdoses or suspected overdoses. About three dozen other victims had overdoses but survived.”
