The NYC 2023 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD were called to 122-39 Milburn Street in St. Albans at 7:16 am on November 14th.

On arrival police located a man and woman who were found face up and fatally stabbed in a basement bedroom. Police located the third victim, the accused’s girlfriend in an upstairs bedroom fatally stabbed.

The accused, David Daniel, allegedly told police he killed three people. Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny said He gave the location and [says] that he left the back door open.”

Daniel who lives on the main floor, is the landlord of the home told police he had problems with his girlfriend and the two males in the basement had not been paying their rent.

Charges are pending and police said Daniel has no known criminal history.
