NYPD responded to a 911 report of a dispute inside a home at 104-71 43rd Ave on March 18th.

Police and Paramedics located 79-year-old Leo MacBryde suffering from serious injuries. He was rushed to Elmhurst Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

The victim’s 47-year-old was taken in to custody at the scene.
