According to reports Robert Jimenez, 23, cut off Lillibeth Vasquez, 28, knocking the mirror off her Honda Civic on November 25th at around 2:20 p.m. 

Both continued to drive, however, Vasquez has been accused of ramming into the scooter driven by Jimenez, leaving him with fatal trauma to his body, according to police. He was rushed to Lincoln Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased.

His death was deemed a homicide. Vasquez was arrested on November 26th, and charged with murder and manslaughter.
